Personal Developement Plan April 2012

I want study at Itchen for 2 years; I am studying Art, Music, Computing and Maths. During this time I also planning to study Life drawing , a small art course which is essential for further study in art. I am planning to apply to university for September 2013, if I am not accepted then I will do a art foundation course, a course very often done by people who want to study art at university.

I have been working lately better with the help of teachers. I am now also meeting deadlines better and am finding it easier to source and find material from books and of the internet. This helps me a lot while researching in my art lesson. When sourcing and collecting data, I again still can’t record data very quickly. Although this hasn’t shown any improvement yet I am still going to keep practicing this while completing coursework.

In time management I have kept to my Time schedule and am doing maths on a Sunday. Despite it taking me long to do work I try to give myself plenty of time to do work.

27/2/12-

I have been learning to source and find material to work from in IT, Music and also in Art where I have developed and created ideas, this I think has helped me speed up again, although I am faster at sourcing and collecting data, still can’t record data very quickly, to improve this I am trying to write down information quicker of the board.

In Time management, although I haven’t created a time table but have now routine times when I can do work, for instance I now do maths work on Sunday afternoon. I now also spend late Monday afternoons with Dan doing work this has also helped me keep in time with deadlines.

Target Improvements

9/1/12 – Currently I am up to date with almost all of my work in my subjects at college. I am keeping a tiding room to help me do this and feel that my speed in writing down information in maths has improved too.

On the Thursday 13th  we went Army Trip to Thorney Island, there we did many trips to improve and test our Interpersonal skills for instance we worked tratigicallty as a team on a activity where we needed to use two equally length planks to get over to a base and collect two bottles of water, then move the whole team to the other side without touching ground.  We first worked out methods to get round this dilemar, then started use our most effective ideas, me and another two members
